Ingredients
1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 leaf outer Lettuce, red leaf (salad)1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.8 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend2.0 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 artichoke, medium Artichokes, fresh
Directions
Stuff pork chop with tomatoes basil leaves garlic and archoke. Season the out side with salt pepper cayenne and Mrs dash Grill pork chop 5-7 minutes per side. Place olive oil in Pan and let heat up. Place onions in. When onions start to brown put mushrooms in with salt and sugar. Cook through. Place two leaves down on the plate then the pork chop and onions and mushrooms on top. Can serve with bread I like to put my onions and mushrooms on toasted garlic bread. Serving Size: 2plates
