Ingredients
0.5 cup Butter, unsalted3.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw40.0 oz London Broil900.0 grams Red Potato1.0 cup Corn Starch3.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt16.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1 tbl garlic
Directions
Melt butter with olive oil and Worcester sauce. Add celery, onion, garlic. Season with black pepper and salt. High heat add beef to sear. Next add carrots and potatoes. Add beef stock. Cover simmer on low 2 -3 hours Ready to serve thicken with corn starch. Serving Size: 12 - 2 cup servings
