Ingredients
* Salsa, .5 cup * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .5 cup * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Cod (fish), 12 ozCilantro, snipped, 1 tbsp
Directions
spray baking dish with olive oil.
Spray Cod with Olive Oil.
Sprinkle Cilantro snipping over top.
Top with yogurt
Top with Salsa
Bake in 450* Oven until flakey.
Baking time varies with thickness of fish.
