Ingredients
1/2 c. raw cashews2 dates cut in piecesUse 1/2 c. raw cashews and 2 dates chopped. Soak separately, just covered with water for 1 hour. Blend until smooth, add small amounts of water as needed. Vanilla can be added. Honey or agate can be substituted for the dates.
Directions
Blend the soaked nuts and dates.
