Broccoli Soup with tumeric

Ingredients
1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 8 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Boil broth and vegetables together. Add spices. Continue to simmer til soft. Puree. Add cream and stir in. Serve.

NOTE to reduce calories, can reduce or eliminate cream.
