Serving Size: 1/2 head of cabbage with added ingredients makes a HUGE bowl- Enough for at least 16 servings

    Not going to rate it yet. This is a great find for eating to reduce cholesterol. I need to tweek the mustard. I used mustard powder and honey and found it spicy. - 10/27/16
