Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp fine strips of Green & Red Peppers1/2 Cup thinly sliced onions3 tsp chopped jarred garlic1 Bouillon Cube 8 oz. water
Directions
Brown chicken in oil with skin down. Add water, simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
