Ingredients
3.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed0.33 cup Canola Oil0.33 cup, packed Raisins1.0 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup0.66 cup, sliced Almonds1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, add wet ones, mix and shape into bars (add enough water to hold together). Cook on a cookie sheet at 350 for~ 30 min
