Low Fat potato salad

Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 15 tbsp (remove) * Yellow Mustard, .25 cup (remove) * Pickle Relish, 1 cup (remove) * Hard Boiled Egg, 5 large (remove)
Directions
hard boil eggs, boil potatoes, chill both down immediately. mix miracle whip, mustard, pickle relish, add chilled potatoes and sliced/diced eggs and remaining veg.
salt and pepper to taste.
Best if chilled over night.
