1 serving Chicken, Rotisserie (1 Whole Chicken) (by SOLARES64) 8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 strip, medium Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 cup Swanson's unsalted chicken broth (by ANNA2ANNA) 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 48 tsp Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce (by MYGYPSYCAT) .5 serving Hidden Valley Ranch DIP seasoning packet (by JKJ599)
Directions
Cook Cauliflower in broth / stock until falling apart
Steam onion, celery, carrot in a skillet
dice chicken
mix cauliflower into puree
add ranch packet, chicken, veggies, franks
serve with blue cheese crumbles
