Ingredients
1 scoop EAS 100%Whey Protein MAX (~50grams)1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/4 tsp Baking Soda1.0 dash Salt2 tbsp cup Milk, nonfat 2 tbsp Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat1. Egg white
Directions
Milk all ingredients in mug. Cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Make sure you WATCH IT SO IT DOESN'T BUBBLE OVER. If it starts to bubble over, stop the microwave, stir, and put it in for another 20 seconds. Make sure you don't overcook, everyone's microwave is different.
