Honey Ham Steaks

Ingredients
1 lb Ol' Farmer Ham (4 thick slices)2 tbsp butter1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Trim edges from ham steaks and cook in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.

Heat butter in the same skillet until melted; stir in honey and brown sugar.

Return ham to skillet and cook over medium-low heat until heated through and brown sugar is dissolved, turning meat often, about 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
