454 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 113 grams Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 2 grams Pepper, red or cayenne 1 dash Pepper, black 1 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving .25 lime yields Lime Juice
Directions
Chop 1 pound of Roma Tomatoes, add 4 oz chopped onion and diced cloves. Chop cilantro. Add all the ingredients, mix.
