Carrot cake bars

Ingredients
3 cups shredded carrots2 cups wheat flour1 cup milk1/2 cup brown sugar, packed2 packets sweet 'n low1 egg2 tbsp oil2 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 greased baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
