Grilled Veggie Wrap w/Laughing Cow Guacamole

1/2 Roasted Green Peppers 1/2 Roasted Red Peppers 1 - 3 oz. Roasted Portabella Mushroom Cap 1 Lavash Bread (nut cut in half)1/4 cup Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese1/2 wedge Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Wedge1/4 gutted Avocado50 grams/1 cup Spinach, fresh10 Sprays of Wishbone Asian Silk Salad Dressing Spritzer
Mix Laughing Cow with the avocado. Set aside.
Clean veggies and cut peppers into 1/4ers. Spray a non-stick baking pan with olive/canola oil and spray veggies as well on both sides. Season with garlic, herbs etc. Bake for 30 minutes.
Warm up lavash for about 10 seconds in the microwave. Spread laughing cow/avocado mixture over lavash and spray salad dressing over mixture. Lay cleaned spinach on lavash and top with roasted veggies. Top with fat free cheese. Roll up wrap and enjoy.
Cut in half or eat whole. This can be one meal or cut in half to go with soup.
