Garlic Mushroom Salad

OIL (i used 1 calarie per spay oil)1 CLOVE GARLIC 3 LARGE MUSHROOMS4 HANDFULS ROCKET SALAD (or your own choice of salad)
1.Heat about 1 tsp of oil or 1 spray of oil in a small fying pan.
2. Crush the garlic clove and put in pan.
3. Add the chopped/sliced mushrooms and fry until browned, stir occasionaly.
4. Meanwhile put the rocket leaves onto 2 plates.
5. Add the mushrooms to the salad (best served when mushrooms are still hot)
