Strawberry Smoothie w/ Whey Protein, Flax Seed and Wheat Germ

Ingredients
5 frozen non-sweetened Strawberries1/2 cup non-fat milk (can be any kind, dairy, soy, rice, hemp)1 scoop Whey protein powder1/4 cup Flax Seed1/4 cup Wheat Germ
Directions
I use a magic bullet mixer and put 5 frozen strawberries in a bullet cup. Then I add the milk, then the protein powder and finally I add the wheat germ and flax seed. I put the blender cap with blades on and put it on the blender base. I usuaully let it blend until it looks completely unified and then I uncap the cup and enjoy with a straw. Because the strawberries are frozen and you only use 1/2 cup of milk... the smoothie should be of consistency similar to a milkshake at a diner. mmmm mmm mmm the ultimate healthy desert treat!!!
