Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Salt4.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.5 tsp Baking Soda16.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips12.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)24.0 tsp coconut sugar2.0 tbsp coconut flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Cream butter, sugar and maple syrup. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients a liitle at a time except chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop dough on sheet by tsp full. Bake for 9-12 minutes, until golden. For stiffer cookies, bake at longer time. Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies
