Eggplant Pizza

Ingredients
1.0 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh0.25 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)8.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato0.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk3.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice eggplant 1 inch thick. Place on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle each slice with sea salt. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Once eggplant is baked put oven on high broil and begin assembling your pizza. Than broil for 3-5 minutes.
