Chewy fruit nut granola bars

Ingredients
2.5 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 111 grams Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup .333 cup Honey .333 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 oz (20 halves) Pecans 2 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds .20 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt 0.75 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1.5 tsp cinnamon1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a larage bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Press firmly in a 9 x 13 baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes then cut into 21 bars. Let cool completely before breading apart. I put in refrigerator on waxed paper and sealed in a zip lock bag.
