4 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 stick Butter, salted 16 oz Ground beef 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce 6 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.) 2 serving Armour Turkey Pepperoni 16 slices 6 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
Place shredded zucchini in 2- 9x13 butter coated baking pans. Add butter pats on top of shredded zucc. and seasoning to taste.
Bake for approx 30 min in a 400* oven.
While the zucchini is baking, brown ground beef & turkey on stove top and season to taste. Drain. Set aside.
Chop all veggies.
When zucchini is baked, top with drained meat, then red sauce, then all other ingredients , leaving cheese for last.
Bake @ 400* for about 25 minutes.
24 servings. Serve with salad.
