Strawberry cheesecake fat bombs

Ingredients
.5 cup, Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 5 oz Cream Cheese, full fat4 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter, Salted 2 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener .5 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation
Directions
1. Place the cream cheese and butter cut into small pieces into a mixing bowl, leave at room temperature for 30-60 min.
(Note: I placed in the microwave for 20 seconds)

2. in food processor, mini chopper, or blender mix strawberries, truvia (or other sugar sub) and vanilla.

3. Mix in cream cheese and butter. blitz until blended.

4. I put them in a well greased mini cupcake pan.

5. freeze until hard.


Serving Size: 1 bomb is a serving, this recipe made 17 placed in mini cupcake tin

    additional : have everything room temp plus and mix hard! It will become smooth and fluffy.
    If you don't you might find chunks of not quite mixed items. - 9/16/16
