Ingredients
2 slices light bread6 slices fat free deli turkey breast1 slice fat free swiss cheese1/4 cup sauerkrautParkay spray margerineWalden farms calorie free thousand island dressing
Directions
Preheat a small frying pan on medium heat. Spray each slice of bread on one side with spray margerine. Layer bread, cheese, meat, and sauerkraut on skillet as you would a grilled cheese sandwich, and cook 1-2 minutes per side. Serve with walden farms calorie free thousand island to taste.

    Good sandwich, but if you have your heart set for a reuben you will be disappointed, but you should try it anyway, good easy to do variation on one of my favorite sandwich. - 5/19/08
