Ingredients
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix, dry1 c carrots, chopped1 c sweet peppers, chopped1 c onions, chopped1 c pineapple tidbits in its own juice1 c Kraft Free Catalina dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
