Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
4 cup Ore-Ida Potatoe Obrien with onion and peppers 2 lbs Farmland 95% Fat Free Cubed Ham 12 eggs1/3 c 2% milkblack pepper
Directions
Use 1 Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner as this is a recipe which will stack badly and be difficult to clean.

Combine Ham and potato mix in the slow cooker. Whisk together 1 dozen eggs with 1/3 c milk, pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours, or warm for 10 -12 hours.

May top with lowfat cheese or salsa
