Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of dry oatmeal1 cup of peanut butter, creamyone half cup of granulated sugarone fourth of a cup of brown sugarone small box of golden raisinsone half cup of chocolate chips2 egg whites
Directions
Mix oatmeal, peanut butter, and egg whites in a bowl. Mix in brown and granulated sugar. Stir all these ingredients together. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
Using a small icecream scoop, dip out cookies 2 inches apart onto a lined cookie sheet. ( cookies are about 2 oz a piece) Press cookies with palm to make cookies a little flatter. Bake 10 -12 minutes.
Makes 18-20 cookies.
