6 date, pitted Medjool dates .25 cup Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, SILK (1cp/8oz)
Directions
Put the 1/4 cup soy milk and the 6 dates pitted in the blender (vitamix) and blend. Use a spoonful over fresh strawberries blueberries and banana for a yummy breakfast!
