1 cup CORN MEAL MIX SELF RISING (by SWEETYKINS012) 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw chopped 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 serving JALAPENO pepper fresh - chopped.25 cup Olive Oil
heat iron skillet with some oil in it and then mix all ingredients in mixing bowl together and pour over in hot oil and cook in oven on 350* until golden brown
