Great recipe. Did a count of calories etc. here is what it said: Very low in saturated fat
    Very low in sodium
    High in dietary fiber
    High in thiamin
    Very high in vitamin B6
I separated the pasta into 1cup servings and froze individually, with the pasta separate from the sauce - 2/18/14

This recipe was yummy overall, but some of the amounts seemed to be way off - the nutrition calculation is not correct, I think, since 1 serving of pasta (1/8 of a pound) is about 200 calories by itself. As the recipe is written there is too much pasta for the sauce. The flavors are GREAT though! - 4/6/09
