Mama Mia Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb Beef Bottom Round Roast, lean 1/4 cup Tastefully Simple Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix, divided2 Tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Seasoning, divided1 cup Onions, chopped 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped (red, green, yellow or orange) 1 lb Baby Bella Mushrooms, slicedI can Petite Diced Tomatoes Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place Roast in crock pot/slow cooker (roast can even be frozen). Sprinkle with 1/2 of the Mama Mia and Garlic Garlic. Top roast with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes then sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Cook covered on high 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours until roast is fork tender. Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
