Cheesy Mexican Pie

1 lb lean ground beef4 tsp Taco seasoning1/2 cup bisquick1 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar)2 large eggs1 cup skim milk (nonfat)
Preheat oven to 400, spray a 9 inch pie pan/plate with cooking spray. (I usually just skip spraying)
1. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add 4 tsp of taco seasoning, you can add a 1/4 of water and let simmer to evaporate alittle.
2. Mix bisquick, eggs, milk together in a small bowl.
3. Pour beef into baking dish and sprinkle with 3/4 cheese.
4. Pour in the bisquick mix and sprinkle top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted to center comes out clean. Cut into 6 slices.
