Ingredients
4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 cup Chick Peas .5 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .75 cup edan organic blakc beans (by DREADNOT) .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .75 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
throw everything in pot and summer until potato and chicken is cooked
