Potato, raw .75 cup edan organic blakc beans (by DREADNOT) .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .75 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup, chopped Kale
