0.25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.5 cup Spinach, frozen0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.05 cup Whole Wheat Flour0.1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)0.25 cup Great Value Black Beans1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 serving(s) chilli powder1.0 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid
Combine all vegetables in skillet.
Cook til onions are soft
Place in large bowl
Mash all together and add seasonings
Form into ball
Roll in wheat flour
Place burger in skillet with oil
Smash burger
Cook til brown
Enjoy.
