Ingredients
2 cup Lentils 1 large Egg white, fresh 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 slice Bread, wheat (including toast) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic
Directions
boil lentils for 45 minutes, saute garlic/carrots/onion for 5 minute, add all ingredients, including crumbled toast, together and mix thoroughly. Pan fry for desired crisp
