Ingredients
5 serving Chaokoh Coconut Milk 2.7oz/80g/0.33cup=1 serv) 13.5 oz/440mL container (the whole can)8 oz Schwans Tropical Smoothie Pack 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.33 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil extra virgin non-GMO 1 serving Best Choice Stevia (w/ Erythritol 2g) 1 packet/2g/0.07oz 12 gram Salba Whole Chia Seed 1 tbsp/12g=1 serv
Directions
Pour coconut milk and frozen tropical fruit pack (Schwans pack is 8 oz) into blender and blend. Add flavorings and chia seed, blend some more until desired consistency. I started with half the can of coconut milk until the frozen fruit got blended enough to freeze the milk and make it stop blending. Then added more milk and poked mixture around the blade, and reblended. After adding the chia seed, I let it sit a bit to allow the chia to thicken.

Serving Size: 2 mugs (about 24 oz total, so 12 oz mugs)
