Ingredients
2.0 cup Milk, nonfat1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 Grams Cornstarch16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar0.5 serving Great Value Elbow Macaroni Noodles (1/2 c dry)
Directions
Brown meat then drain if need be. Add all spices including cornstarch. Mix well then add hot water. Then add milk. Mix well. Add noodles (not cooked) and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes or so until noodles cooked then and cheese mix and cover for an additional 3 minutes then serve. Serving Size: 6 2-cup servings
