One Pan BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole Rotisserie Chicken (remove all bones & skin)2 Med. Green Bell Pepper (sliced thin)1 small Onion (sliced thin)1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce (recipe based on Kraft Original) 1/4 Cup Beer (recipe based on Coors Light)1/4 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Butter1/2 tsp Garlic powder 2 Tbl Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1/2 tsp Paprika1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Melt butter in pan and add sliced peppers and onion. Saute until tender. Whisk together the BBQ sauce, beer, broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, hot sauce, paprika and red pepper flakes. Add to pan and simmer until sauce thickens and sugar is completely dissolved. Add chicken and stir to coat. Serve over bread. (I serve this over garlic texas toast.)
