Ingredients
1 cup chopped Black Olives, canned (small-extra large)1.0 cup, chopped Onions2-15 ounce cans Canned Tomatoes1-6 ounce can Tomato Paste8.0 oz Ground beef 1 package Hormel Pepperoni 1 to 3 8 ounce packages Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)1 pound pack package Great Value Elbow Macaroni Noodles (1/2 c dry)1.0 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese3.0 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (yellow red green) optional
Directions
Cook pasta as package says for al dente saute onions mushrooms and bell peppers until tender in a saucepan add tomatoes do not drain and tomato paste may need to add a little water cook sauce until combined may take about 10 to 15 minutes add salt and pepper to Sauce to taste can add garlic in a 9 by 13 baking dish add all ingredients stir and combine top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes Serving Size: Around 12 1 cup servings
