Cauliflower Zuppa

Ingredients
3 serving Italian Sausage - hot - Johnsonville - 1link 3 cup Cauliflower, raw 3 cup kale, raw 2 tbsp Vegeta 1 tbsp Dried Hot Red Pepper Flakes (by MATMAN823) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Remove links from casing and saute' sausage.
Add Cauliflower, vegeta, pepper flakes and water.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add kale and simmer another 10 minutes
Turn off heat and add skim milk (optional)
