Swiss Pie

Ingredients
6 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 cup Sour Cream 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 12 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese 1 oz 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell (by ILLUSIONGRL)
Directions
Cook Bacon until crisp. Drain bacon, reserve drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender but not brown. Drain. Blend in sour cream, slightly beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Add cubed cheese and crumbled bacon. Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 375F for 25mins, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve at once! Serves 6-8.
