1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp salt .75 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Canola Oil 1 tsp vanilla1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw frosting:4 oz Cream Cheese 3 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar .5 tsp vanilla
mix dry ingredients, add oil, eggs,vanilla, then fold in carrots. fill muffin liners, bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 min. let cool. mix icing ingredients and spread over cooled muffins.
