Ingredients
3 cup Dannon - Greek Yogurt - Plain 4 clove Garlic 1.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 170 grams Cucumber (peeled) 1 tbsp Dill weed, dried 4 dash Pepper, black .5 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving
Directions
Remove skin and seeds from cucumber. Dice, then squeeze water out with a towel. Dice garlic. Add all ingredients in blender. Refrigerate for a couple hours for flavors to blend.
