1 cup Crackers, Nabisco Premium Oyster Crackers (22 crackers) 2 15 oz Artichoke Hearts (Canned) 1 oz (by REDACTIONS) 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw .25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning (by CHRSLVSBKS) .5 tsp organic kelp powder (by FRGTMNT55) .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Parsley, dried 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, Vegenaise, original, vegan (by MISTRESSKELLY) Salt and pepper to tasteSpray oil
Preheat oven to 400
Oyster crackers in food processor (coarse flour with small chunks)
Place in bowl
Artichoke hearts in food processor pulse 6-7 times.
Add to bowl
Add scallions, bell pepper, corn, Old Bay, kelp, garlic powder, dried parsley, mayo and salt and pepper
Line baking shee with parchment
Spray patties w/ oil
Bake 20-25 min flipping halfway
Serving Size: 9 - 2 oz patties
