CJT Veggie Omelette

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.13 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.13 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.13 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
Directions
1. Spray grill with cooking spray
2. Beat eggs and cook
3. Cook vegetables on the grill with a little water
4. Put vegetables in omelette and add swiss cheese
5. Fold omelette and serve
