Debi's amazing and wonderful french toast

Ingredients
8 oz Sugar free- fat free yogurt (any flavor)2 egg whites1/4 c 1% milk1 tbsp cinnamon.5 tbsp ginger1 tsp cloves1 tbsp vanilla (if using vanilla yogurt)8 slices multi grain low fat bread (I use Trader Joes)
Directions
spray griddle with canola spray

Whip egg whites, milk yogurt and spices in a pie pan. Dredge bread through yogurt mixture and cook until lightly brown on each side.

This is also good baked in the oven for about 10 min turning halfway.
