Spaghetti Squash Gratin

Ingredients
4.0 cup Spaghetti Squash1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese8.0 tbsp Breakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream1.0 small Onions, raw3.0 tsp Gourmet Garden Chives2.0 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil1.0 serving bacon low sodium oscar mayer 2 slices
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash, scrape flesh into a bowl. Cook onion with butter, add chives and season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon and crumble. Add the onion mixture, the sour cream, bacon and half of the cheese to the squash. Mix well and place mixture into a 13 x 9 dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the casserole and bake for 15-20 mins @ 375°, until browned on top.
