Low Calorie Starter Soup

Ingredients
1 clove minced garlic1 chopped onion (small)1 large stalk celery (sliced diagonally)1 Tbsp. Extra light olive oil1/2 medium cabbage, coarsly chopped2 cans diced tomatoes (stewed are best)1 tsp. dried parsley 1/2 tsp. ground oregano1 tsp. dried basil (or 5 small leaves, minced)2 cans Chicken Broth
Directions
combine the first 4 ingredients in a kettle and cook over medium heat until tender crisp. (About 8 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 8 one cup servings
