0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats .25 cup Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat 3 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g .25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the blueberries. Add blueberries when mixed, cover, let sit in refrigerator overnight.
