Whole wheat apple fritter bread

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol1.0 cup slices Apples, cooked without skin1.75 tsp Baking Powder16.0 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend24.0 tsp Splenda8.0 tbsp I cant believe its not butter light1.5 cup King Arthurs whole wheat flour
Directions
Chop apples and mix with 2 tbs splenda and 1 tsp cinnamon. Set aside. In a bowl cream splenda and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder then add to egg mixtuture till combined. Add in almond milk till smooth. Pour half the mixture in a sprayed bread pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Put half of the apples in bread loaf pan adding half the brown sugar mixture on top. Pour rest of bread mixture on top tjhen the rest of the apple mixture followed by the remaining brown sugar mixture. Swirl brown sugar mixture into bread lightly. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min. Enjoy Serving Size: Makes 10 servings or more . depending on how big you want your slices.
