Club Chicken Caserole

Ingredients
.25 cup Butter, salted 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 20 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 tsp Salt 3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 3 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts 1 cup Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Melt butter; blend in flour. Add broth, milk, and water; cook and stir over low heat till thick. Add salt, rice, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
